What is the estimated delivery time for my baseball gear?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Mexico. For customized jerseys or gloves, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing before shipment.
Do you offer international shipping outside of Mexico?
Currently, BeisbolMXShop specializes in domestic deliveries. However, we are expanding our reach; please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote to the US or Canada.
Can I return a baseball bat if I have already used it?
To ensure quality for all customers, we only accept returns on bats that are still in their original heat-shrunk plastic packaging. Used bats cannot be returned unless a manufacturer warranty defect is present.
How do I determine the correct glove size for my position?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, infielders prefer 11.25-11.75 inch gloves for quick transfers, while outfielders opt for 12.5-12.75 inch gloves for better reach.
